This product is well-made and sturdy. In the original shipment, the company neglected to include the hardware. I called the company, got a representative on the phone (on my first call), and received the missing parts a couple of days later.

This product is awesome, it makes it so much easier having a station with everything you need in one spot, I installed yard buddy by the side gate of my house where it's convenient, then on trash day I'm already by the trash container. I used a bag of quikrete to install it in the ground, for 18 inches into the ground as the directions say, you probably only need a 40 pound bag of quikrete. It's real nice and sturdy afterward, the yard buddy is nice and of very good quality, including the rake and scooper, are of thick durable metal. Which my German sheperd won't tamper with. I'm very happy that I purchased this, I also have a dog Dooley tank in the ground but that set up has given me some problems, such as my dog will sometimes open the lid unless you keep an object up against the lid to prevent him from it, if the ground gets colder than 40 degrees, it won't work, you have to put a digester tablet or powder every into the tank once a week and add water every day, it became a hassle, plus mine started to clog up even though I was following all the directions of use. Quality materials and easy to assemble. How cool to have everything in 1 spot. We used a steel bucket in the yard before which required both hands to open and close the lid. Now we can toss the baggy in with one hand! Upper container stores BOTH poop bags and can bags. Very satisfied.
